Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original Mociun presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all certificates and tags are included.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Once our studio verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
